Warwick Dredge, Founder Enjoy-a-Ball (UK)

A master in sports science and triathlon champion, Warwick is the visionary founder of Enjoy-a-Ball, a holistic multi-sport program for children. His concept for Enjoy-a-Ball originated while coaching tennis to young children in South Africa. He observed the necessity for foundational gross motor and ball skills to excel in sports. Recognizing how his fun and creative teaching methods not only boosted their learning enthusiasm but also fostered positive behaviors and life skills like confidence and social interaction, he was motivated to create a more comprehensive sports program. This led to the establishment of Enjoy-a-Ball in the UK, which he later expanded into a successful franchise business.

Pooja Erande, Founder Enjoy-a-Ball (India)

Pooja Erande is a sports lover, a mom of two, and a graduate of IIM Kozhikode with a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. In 2012, she decided to leave her corporate career in brand building behind and bring Enjoy-a-Ball to India. As a hands-on mom, she quickly saw how valuable this program could be for children, especially in a country where grassroots sports education needs a more fun, structured and holistic approach. Pooja is passionate about giving kids in India the chance to develop a love for sports from an early age, and with her team of enthusiastic franchisees and coaches, she’s making that happen every day.

Lee Morris (Director, Enjoy-a-Ball UK)

Sport has been central to Lee’s life from an early age. With a background in boxing, international squash, university football, and club and county rugby, he developed a strong belief in the value of multi-sport participation. Alongside a career in policing, Lee worked as a professional football coach within a top-tier academy. There, he saw firsthand the impact of early specialisation, with many young athletes experiencing repetitive injuries. This led him to champion a multi-sport approach to support well-rounded skill development and reduce injury risk. Lee’s journey with Enjoy-a-Ball began through his collaboration with founder Warwick Dredge, bringing the programme to Fife, Scotland. Together with his sister, he built a highly successful franchise that continues to thrive today. Following the pandemic, Lee stepped into the role of Director of Enjoy-a-Ball UK, where he now leads the continued growth and development of the programme.

Jodie Morris (Director, Enjoy-a-Ball UK)

Jodie brings extensive experience in sport and coaching. An international squash player who represented her country multiple times, she also competed as a Scottish Premier League footballer before transitioning into coaching following the birth of her children. Her journey with Enjoy-a-Ball spans over a decade—from parent to coach, and now Director of Enjoy-a-Ball UK. This progression gives her a unique, well-rounded perspective on the programme and its impact. Jodie is a strong advocate for multi-sport participation in early childhood, believing it builds not only sporting ability but also confidence and life skills. As Director, she has played a key role in modernising and evolving the programme, ensuring it remains relevant, research-driven, and distinct within the sports coaching landscape.
